Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Review and Audit Team Member, you will:
- Steer the development of the business review and audit program across all BMD Corporate operations;
- Execute the business review program;
- Work closely with all levels of the organisation to develop value-adding outcomes from the review program;
- Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of BMD Corporate operations locally and internationally;
- Support efficient systems design, development, and implementation;
- Provide insights and advice to business stakeholders on the management of risk;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline;
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in assurance, audit, or consulting roles;
- Passionate about the delivery of outcomes that make a difference;
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills;
- Ability to travel as required.
Desirable Skills:
The successful candidate may also have the following additional desirable skills:
- Prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement, or assurance programs;
- Prior experience in program or change project management.
