Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Review Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and implementing a dynamic and fit-for-purpose compliance review framework.
This is a rare opportunity to join an organization at a time when you can make a significant contribution to our future success. Reporting to the Head of Audit, you will work closely with our legal, quality, and HSE teams to ensure our compliance obligations are met and our response meets stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Compliance Review Program: Lead the development and implementation of a group-wide compliance review program, ensuring it is aligned with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our legal, quality, and HSE teams to monitor changes in compliance obligations and ensure our response meets stakeholder requirements.
- Support Project Teams: Collaborate with our project teams to ensure they meet their compliance expectations and requirements, minimizing internal red tape.
- Integrate Compliance Measurement Programs: Integrate the reporting of compliance measurement programs across the business efficiently, including HSEQ and certification-related requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years' experience in assurance, audit, or compliance program roles.
- Skills: Passion for delivering outcomes that make a difference, ability to travel as required, and excellent communication and technical skills.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement, or assurance programs.
- Program Management: Prior experience in program or change project management.
