The Role

We are seeking a Business Review and Assurance Lead to join our new Business Review and Audit team. As a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and technical skills, you will steer the development of the business review and audit program across all BMD operations, execute the business review program, and work closely with all levels of the organization to develop value-adding outcomes from the review program.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business review and audit programs to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of BMD operations locally and internationally.
  2. Provide insights and advice to business stakeholders on the management of risk and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  3. Support the development of value-adding outcomes from the review program and contribute to the efficient systems design, development, and implementation.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum 7+ years' experience in assurance, audit, or consulting roles.
  3. Passionate about the delivery of outcomes that make a difference.
  4. Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  5. Ability to travel as required.

Desirable Skills

  1. Prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement, or assurance programs.
  2. Prior experience in program or change project management.
