
Account Professional

We're seeking a dedicated Account Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced account service team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting project delivery, client communication, and day-to-day coordination across a diverse portfolio. You'll also take ownership of your own portfolio of smaller clients and projects, working closely with senior staff to ensure successful outcomes.
You'll be responsible for scoping, quoting, and managing brand, creative, production, and digital projects from end-to-end. This includes providing clear direction to internal teams through briefing and communication, ensuring that work aligns with client goals.
As an Account Professional, you'll play a key role in strengthening and growing client relationships by delivering exceptional work and building trust.
You'll collaborate with our strategists, creatives, and producers to help deliver impactful branding and campaign work. Additionally, you'll work closely with account directors, producers, and strategists on proposals, planning, and presentations.
You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, including client meetings, briefs, and project management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in overseeing time tracking, invoicing, and reporting to support efficient project and cost management.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or client service role (agency experience ideal but not essential)
- Confident, organized, and keen to grow account management skills in a creative environment
- Natural ability to build relationships with clients and collaborators
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about branding, campaign development, and digital production
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities
