Accounting Specialist Opportunity

This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented accounting professional to maintain the financial health of clients. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable, verify source documents, and prepare and lodge financial statements.
  • Compliance: Oversee regulatory processes, interpret legislation, and act as a point of contact for complex queries.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or finance.
  • Working knowledge of Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, & MS Office.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, award interpretation, and Fair Work regulations.
  • A strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
