Sales Administrator Assistant

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to a high-performing team of Agents in a top-tier agency. Duties include preparing proposal packs and marketing plans, coordinating sales campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background in Real Estate, a current Certificate of Registration, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration processes and support to a high-performing team of Agents
* Preparing proposal packs and marketing plans
* Coordination of sales campaigns
* Collaborating with the marketing Team
* Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
* Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings
* Proactively managing operational administration flow of work within the Sales Team
* Processing of exchanges
* Supporting with data entry and reporting
Requirements
* Strong administration background in Real Estate
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Ability to manage a high volume work load
* High standard of customer service
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
