Sales Administrator

About the Role:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to a high-performing team of Agents, ensuring seamless service and systems that provide first-class service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organized, following systems and procedures, and can think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration processes & support to a high-performing team of Agents
- Preparing proposal packs & marketing plans
- Coordination of sales campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing Team
- Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
- Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings
- Proactively manage operational administration flow of work within the Sales Team
- Processing of exchanges
- Supporting with data entry & reporting
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong administration background in Real Estate, a Current Certificate of Registration, and the ability to manage a high volume work load. You will also provide a high standard of customer service, have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to work autonomously & part of a team.
