Learning Program Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning Program Developer to join our content and strategy team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for professionals in the accounting and finance sectors.

This role involves analyzing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality learning experiences, writing and structuring content for various delivery modes, including online and face-to-face, managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards, leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in learning program development across digital and blended formats
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and emotional intelligence
