The position also involves overseeing the procurement and production of accurate, compliant course information to support conversion campaigns and essential student-facing assets, such as Course Finder, printed brochures, and UAC course listings.

With a strong focus on capability building, this role will establish a shared understanding of the importance of effective conversion strategies throughout the future student journey, ultimately impacting enrolment targets.

About the Team

The Outreach and Future Students Division (OFSD) plays a crucial role in managing and delivering exceptional services for prospective UOW students.

We oversee activities, programs, events, and communications that present UOW to prospective students, parents, teachers, and influencers throughout their decision-making journey.

Collaborating across the University's Portfolios, Divisions, Faculties, and Schools, OFSD ensures that student-centric services are seamlessly integrated.
