A renowned aged care provider is seeking a visionary Lead Senior Registered Nurse to spearhead their residential care team. This esteemed role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, mentor and guide junior staff members, and drive exceptional patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance resident care services and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate effective training programs for registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and AINs.
- Provide expert guidance on complex care issues and foster positive relationships with residents and families.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Proven experience in senior registered nurse or clinical care coordinator roles within residential aged care.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to empower staff through mentoring, education, and guidance.
