**Residential Care Opportunity**
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team within the eastern suburbs/hills of Perth.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing clinical management and coordination across residential aged care facilities. You will conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and coordination across multiple facilities
- Conducting resident reviews and supporting individualised care plans
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration
- A minimum of 18 months nursing experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
No shift work: Monday to Friday only, with weekends, public holidays and nights free
Above-award pay: With annual salary reviews
