Accreditation Administrator Job Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible location and work-from-home (WFH) options.

  • Provide administrative support in the accreditation process for supervisors and practices in each region, ensuring data management systems are up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, offering them support and information regarding the accreditation process.
  • Support regional accreditation coordinators in the accreditation and reaccreditation processes, including backup coverage during leave.
  • Monitor compliance with accreditation conditions and recommendations in alignment with professional standards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in business administration or project coordination.
  • Strong program/project implementation experience, including independently prioritizing and delivering on multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to operate in a changing environment and commit to contributing to a continuous improvement culture.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite in a SharePoint environment.
