About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Manager to join our team at Zip Co. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for implementing, embedding, and monitoring our enterprise risk framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Monitor Risk Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Lead Third Party Risk Program: Provide leadership and oversight for the third-party risk management program, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments of vendors, including monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Implement tools and automation to improve risk management processes and mature the program to scale globally.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Develop and produce regular reports on risk management activities, track and report on compliance, and provide guidance to business leaders on risk requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in risk/compliance, vendor management, third-party risk management, and/or related disciplines.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical skills, with experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of vendor management, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
