International Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Manager to join our team at Box Hill Institute. As a key member of our international team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our international strategy, with a focus on international student recruitment and marketing.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in international student recruitment and business development, with experience in working with international agents and government agencies. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and strategic support to the Director and other team members, and for ensuring that our international operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

About You- Relevant qualification (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment and/or international business development in the education sector
- Strong knowledge of global trends in international recruitment and international education (desirable)
- Proven experience in monitoring and ensuring compliance in the international student space and knowledge of current audit, legislative, and policy/procedural requirements for international delivery of academic programs on and off shore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and with external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
