Job Overview
AVANI Melbourne Box Hill Residences seeks a dedicated and experienced professional for the role of Housekeeping Manager.
This is a Monday to Friday position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours work with additional hours available depending on occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the property;
- Build relationships with Housekeepers, clients and contractors;
- Lead the housekeeping team for excellent cleaning services;
- Provide on-the-job training for cleaning employees;
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records.
Requirements
- Experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team;
- Experience controlling budgets and maintaining supplies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management and organisational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
