Drive Operational Excellence

Join us in driving organisational success by optimising both human capital and operational processes. As a Business Analyst/Resourcing Manager, you will serve as a liaison between business objectives and resource allocation.

Your primary objective is to ensure efficient utilisation of talent to propel organisational success. Through analysis and interpretation of data, you will identify opportunities to enhance business operations and streamline processes, increasing productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Management: Work with project managers to allocate personnel to various projects, monitor utilisation rates and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation, manage invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate timesheet submission.
  • Business Analyst & Operational Process Management: Review processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within existing workflows, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements within the organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency, conduct thorough assessments and root cause analyses to propose and implement strategic solutions to optimise business processes, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is required.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and making business processes more efficient.
