Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the whole of the Lifestyle Portfolio.
- Provide detailed analysis of competitors, sales data, and customer behavior.
- Utilize and interpret customer data to generate insights on buying patterns and preferences, aiding in effective market segmentation.
- Provide analytical support for development feasibility studies.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain reports and visual presentations to present data insights and performance metrics.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting, leveraging data across sales, development, and marketing for strategic planning and performance improvement.
- Recommend improvements in business reporting systems, processes, and tools.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and assess risks associated with sales and development activities through the analysis process.
- Experience in an analytics/reporting role. MUST be in the property sector.
- Skilled in PowerBI, MS Excel, MQL/SQL programming, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Expertise in analyzing large data sets to produce business insights.
- Involvement in CRM system development or enhancement is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
