The Group Manager People and Culture will lead a variety of activities and programs covering the full employee lifecycle, ensuring timely high-quality advice on operational and strategic matters.
This role involves developing and implementing our People and Culture Strategy, working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, and designing engaging initiatives to attract, retain, and build upon staff capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing our People and Culture Strategy, aligning team efforts with Minda’s strategic objectives.
- Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to define organisational challenges and develop People and Culture solutions.
- Ensuring People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design, and of high standard.
- Acting as a trusted senior advisor providing HR expertise and guidance.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to the team to maximise effectiveness and value to Minda.
- Taking an active role in building the capability and development of people leaders.
- Developing and delivering effective learning and development initiatives to support Minda’s objectives.
- Overseeing the management of the talent management and acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Managing the People and Culture calendar of activities/events, including Employee Experience Surveying, Succession and Talent Management activities, and Workforce Planning.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, a valid and unrestricted South Australian Driver's Licence, and unrestricted working rights.
