Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of key customer accounts, driving sales growth and business expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, aligning with national sales targets and budget objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize logistics, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate and review trading terms, contracts, and agreements to secure profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Provide leadership and development to the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or within the FMCG sector.
  • A business management qualification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategies that improve sales and market share.
  • A current driver's license is required.
