We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, a leading waste management franchise.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction;
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers to achieve business objectives;
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business success;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and make data-driven decisions;
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • At least 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
  • Background check compliant;
