About the role

Our Somerton ARC branch is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of products to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing multiple priorities, driving sales growth, and promoting a positive safety culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency;
  • Overseeing logistics, administration, and customer service functions to ensure seamless delivery of products;
  • Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety compliance and employee well-being;
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
