Culinary Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Collaborating with senior culinary staff to develop menus and manage kitchen workflow
  2. Preparing and presenting a variety of à la carte dishes to the highest standards
  3. Maintaining high levels of presentation, consistency, and quality across all kitchen activities
  4. Managing stock levels and ordering supplies, equipment, and ingredients as needed
  5. Providing ongoing support and training to junior team members

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  1. Trade qualifications and relevant experience in commercial cooking
  2. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  3. Excellent presentation and consistency in both your work and personal life

Apprentice Chef Position

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals eager to commence a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship. Working under the guidance of experienced chefs, you will learn advanced culinary skills, gain knowledge of ingredients and cookery methods, and develop essential knife skills.
