This is a culinary role that requires trade qualifications and practical experience. As a chef or apprentice chef, you will be responsible for controlling a section of the kitchen, assisting the executive chef, preparing and presenting à la carte dishes, enforcing service and operational standards, ordering stock and supplies, and contributing to ongoing staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations

  • Order stock, kitchen supplies, and equipment, and control stock levels

For Apprentice Chefs, we offer a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship where you will learn advanced culinary and knife skills, gain knowledge of ingredients and cookery methods, use commercial equipment, and prepare and cook menu items. You must be willing to learn and dedicated to your training and further studies.
