We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Plan and organize menus, estimate food requirements, and develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure consistent quality control during every phase of dish preparation and plating.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior staff and guide apprentices in kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and adjust temperatures of ovens, grills, and other culinary equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare dishes in accordance with individual nutritional restrictions and preferences.
  • Run day-to-day kitchen duties and coordinate with the team to meet demand.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Chef / Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
  • Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper storage practices.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
