As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

  2. Assisting the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.">
  3. Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of à la carte dishes to a high standard.">
  4. Ensuring service, presentation, and operational standards are consistently met across all areas of the kitchen.">
  5. Ordering stock, kitchen supplies, and equipment, and controlling stock levels to maintain efficiency.">
  6. Supporting ongoing staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.">
  7. Receiving and accounting for supplies and deliveries in a timely manner.">

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals to commence a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship under the direct supervision of our experienced Chef.

As an Apprentice Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn advanced culinary and knife skills, gain knowledge of ingredients and cookery methods, use commercial equipment, and prepare and cook menu items.
