About the Role
  • Manage a high-performing team across four interconnected portfolios: Admissions, Community Engagement, Communications & Marketing, and Development.
  • Cultivate authentic storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration across critical touchpoints with our stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our reputation, deepen community engagement, and drive philanthropic growth.
About You
  • You are a visionary leader with experience in leading diverse teams, building relationships, and growing admissions and engagement.
  • Proven success in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, or enrolments.
  • Outstanding communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data acumen and proficiency with CRM, marketing, and admissions platforms.
