Applications Officer – Student Admissions (Melbourne, VIC)


Your Impact
  • Review and process applications across HE, VET, and VTAC providers
  • Check documentation for accuracy, compliance, and Genuine Student requirements
  • Liaise with institutions, consultants, and students to track offers, COEs, and enrolments
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting dashboards
  • Support students with OSHC, accommodation, and arrival documentation

What You Bring
  • 2–4 years in student admissions, application processing, or education administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the Australian education system, visa processes, and provider rules
  • Bonus: Experience with ImmiAccount, VTAC, or admissions portals; CRM proficiency
