About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to join our General Counsel team as Chief Legal Officer.

  • As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will provide strategic legal advice to support the organisation's objectives and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal guidance on complex matters including health, commercial, contract and property law
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to meet organisational needs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Law or equivalent tertiary qualification from a recognised university
  • Admission to practice law as an Australian lawyer, with a current practicing certificate permitting the holder to practice as a legal practitioner in Victoria or NSW
