About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable casual staff member to support our Admissions team during a peak workload period.

Duration : 6 weeks (starting early August)

Location : Flexible - Burwood Campus

Hours : 22.05 hours per week

To be successful, you'll have :

  • Proven experience working in a high-volume processing environment
  • Admissions experience is essential
  • Experience in graduate research or research administration (highly regarded)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and follow established processes

Your key responsibilities will be to :

Triage graduate research applicationsReview submissions for completenessIdentify and flag applications that require further informationAssist with data entry and tracking as needed
