Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Coomera. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general administration.
The role offers a great opportunity to utilise your current skills and experience within a retail environment that focuses on your growth and development. You will be responsible for supporting the back of house accounts and administration for the store, while being part of an inclusive people first culture.
Key Responsibilities- Daily cash and bank reconciliation
- End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Handling general account/administration duties
- Updating and maintaining records
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring customer accounts
- Reconciling supplier statements in high volume
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general administration
- Strong computer literacy
- Pronto experience preferred
- Payroll processing experience preferred
- Team player, enjoys working with others
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Pride in personal presentation
- Experience in a fast-paced environment

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum
