Job Overview
- This is a full-time role that offers a diverse range of people-based processes to sink your teeth into, and a supportive team environment. There's plenty of room and opportunity for growth and further diversification, and a guarantee of fun at work.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes – Providing advice and support to leaders, generating contracts, coordinating onboarding, and processing employment changes across platforms.
- Support the review and monitoring of resourcing to ensure adequate operational coverage, and make recommendations to department managers in support of recruitment activities
- Support and review rostering and timesheet processes to assist with maintaining strong compliance with agreement and industrial requirements, identifying areas for improvement and providing assurance activities over our transactional pay data
- Generate reporting and analyse people data to support effective and efficient business decision making
- Assist in maintaining accurate workforce records such as absence reviews, file notes, IFA's, and other documentation as relevant
- Support the People and Culture team with HR policy and process interpretation and advice, providing first level operational support/guidance to managers and individual employees where appropriate
Requirements
- You're a detail-oriented and solutions focused professional, looking to grow and develop your skills. Your working knowledge of Australian employment and HR best practice, data analysis skills and strong organisational skills, combined with the ability to communicate and build relationships with different stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. Your experience will contain a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a similar role, with exposure to working with high volume rostering/payroll environment and supporting human resources activities. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline will be well regarded.
Benefits and Salary
A salary of approximately AU$70,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards, is available for this position. In addition, our team members get access to a fantastic range of in-park and in-venue benefits, including free entries, discounts on purchases, free parking and more.
Location
The primary location for this role is AU-QLD-Coomera, with regular travel to SkyPoint and other locations within the theme park complex.
Schedule
This is a full-time role, requiring a regular attendance pattern and meeting the needs of the business during operating hours.
