This role involves handling and coordinating orders from customer input on the website to order fulfillment. A strong blend of customer service and attention to detail are essential skills required for this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction is at the core of our business.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ampersand International's product range to provide accurate information during the order process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order interpretation and presentation to the factory.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the order processing structure.
- Maintain a positive and supportive approach to customer needs and requirements.
- Work with logistics companies to organize delivery and resolve transport or delivery issues.
- Manage incoming order-related inquiries via phone, email, and document interactions in the Shopify CRM.
- Maintain thorough notes of all customer communications in the Shopify CRM.
- Support customers through incoming chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Process and send product samples daily.
