We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate in Brisbane. As a key point of contact for customers, you will deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, ensuring a positive customer experience during both inbound and outbound interactions.

Typical responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer concerns, guiding customers through self-service portals, handling account updates, and assisting with finance-related inquiries. Success in this role requires being detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enjoying customer interactions over the phone.

In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, inclusive of casual loading, depending on your experience and qualifications.
