Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer in our Contact Centre, you will be accountable to Team Leaders and Manager for undertaking inbound and outbound contact and administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include providing accurate, responsive and timely client services, recording information pertaining to clients, and modelling the behaviours aligned with our service values.

The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to employment. You will remain in the pool for 12 months or until a vacancy arises, whichever is sooner.

Requirements

No specific qualifications are required for this role. However, applicants should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a short-term contract opportunity with a competitive salary of $58,709 - $63,154.
