Main Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic planning initiatives to support financial and operational growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with focus on FP&A, business partnering, and strategic analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and manage financial operations within complex environments.
- Knowledge of MRO operations and the aviation industry.
Working Conditions:
- The employee must be able to work in both heavy maintenance and customer-facing areas.
- The noise level is moderate with occasional high volume when aircraft arrive/depart.
Employment Eligibility/Requirements:
- Work entitlements with a right to work in Australia.
