Our company seeks a highly skilled Strategic Financial Director to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in FP&A, business partnering, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that support financial and operational growth.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide critical insights to guide decision-making at the executive level.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and manage financial operations within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
