Job Title: Visionary Leader in Strategic Planning

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely strategic advice on planning, business intelligence, and analytics to support service delivery and sustainability.
  • Lead the Strategy and Planning Team, overseeing the design and implementation of integrated planning frameworks and systems.
  • Coordinate the integrated planning cycle, operational planning, and performance reviews using key performance measures and statistical analysis.
  • Develop the CHHHS Strategic and Operational Plans, including the Strategic Plan, Clinical Services Plan, and Annual Operating Plan.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment across the HHS and support other portfolios in delivering the HHS strategy.
