Role Overview

This is a full-time position for an Area Operations Manager based in Canberra. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and optimize operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and operational expertise in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation.
