Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist Foster Care to join our team at Challenge Community Services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of compliance and care for our foster carers and the children in their care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Community Services or a related field, or relevant experience and knowledge in the OOHC sector.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive assessment reports with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in using client management systems and databases.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement), NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), and full COVID vaccination status.
  • Possession of an Australian Driver's License.
