
Customer Relationship Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to our customer acquisition, nurture, and retention strategies.
- The ideal candidate will take ownership of transforming the way we operate and play a key role in identifying and embedding a new martech platform.
- Key responsibilities include leading leadership and coaching of direct reports, overseeing RFP for a new CRM, collaborating with stakeholders, developing CRM strategies and journeys, evolving personalization strategy, monitoring and updating CRM performance dashboards, and ensuring communication complies with global legislation.
Requirements
- Relevant CRM & Loyalty experience (5 - 7 years)
- Experience working through a CRM Martech migration and onboarding new platform
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in lead generation, acquisition, conversion and loyalty and retention campaigns
- Experience working with enterprise-grade CRM / Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders
- A flexible approach and ability to accept and champion change
