Job Description

This position will lead the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines effectively.

  • As an independent reviewer and client advocate, you will play a critical role in must-win decisions, driving business growth and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for developing compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages, working closely with the bids and marketing teams.
  • In this role, you will also manage the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations that meet client expectations.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in liaising with clients and participating in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management.
  • A proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Infrastructure experience is required, preferably with a background in Civil Infrastructure, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
