About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Ops, Oversight and Governance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory obligations are met, customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner, and performance management reporting is delivered on a consistent basis.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the COO and leadership team to drive cultural change and embedding of the NFR Framework and associated policy requirements.
  • End-to-end ownership of regulatory reporting and communications for Institutional AU & PNG customers.
  • Monitor external and internal business environments to identify future and emerging strategic risks.
  • Lead detailed monitoring of customer outcomes, including oversight and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Ensure financial management of the business is delivered effectively, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, STPs, and projects within budget.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive relevant experience in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Experience navigating varied cultural contexts while leading, planning, and executing change.
  • Knowledge of ANZ's Non-Financial risk framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to identify performance uplift opportunities and influence others to make required improvements.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
