We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting improvement initiatives across the district.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the design and implementation of improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to co-design solutions, facilitating workshops and focus groups, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Improvement Initiatives: Lead and support the development of innovative solutions to enhance patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with NSW Health, consumers, and staff to co-design improvement initiatives that meet their needs.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Focus Groups: Gather and act on consumer feedback to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze Data and Report: Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure the impact of patient experience initiatives.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and consumer partnership throughout the organization.
