A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as the Quality Improvement Specialist, reporting to the Executive Manager of Quality Assurance.

A bit about your role

As the Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for the full range of end-to-end business process establishment, alignment, and the continuous improvement of the nbn Quality Management Framework. In this role, you will ensure that processes are identified, understood, and agreed upon with appropriate and achievable key performance indicators that are in line with contractual requirements.

The Quality Improvement Specialist will work closely with the business to identify and analyse essential business processes and workflows. You will oversee multiple projects and improvement initiatives across a fast-paced and multi-faceted business where you will drive and implement a continuous improvement framework for business efficiency.

A bit about you

You will be a strong analytical thinker, communicator, people influencer, and networker, with the capability of championing a continuous improvement culture across the business. Additionally, you will have the ability to upskill, coach and mentor process owners and management teams in improvement techniques and continuous improvement leadership. Moreover, you will have the proven ability to build strong and collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Lastly, as the Quality Improvement Specialist you will require excellent communication, negotiation, project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills to navigate the various business units that base their quality programs on the Quality Management Framework.
