Job Description

We're seeking an accomplished Scheduler to oversee project schedules using internal systems.

  • Create and maintain precise Bills of Quantities from the company Price Book
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and departments for timely material deliveries
  • Monitor department performance and support build targets
  • Analyse cost controls and facilitate invoice approvals
  • Address scheduling challenges and escalate when necessary
The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a skilled Scheduler with at least 2 years' experience in residential construction, looking to drive success in our Scheduling Team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar scheduling role
  • A thorough understanding of residential construction processes
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and teamwork abilities
  • Databuild and Microsoft Excel expertise (highly valued)
