Complex Claims Examiner, Property

This role involves managing complex claims and ensuring timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key claims handling enquiries; coverage determination and quantum analysis for complex claims
  • Ensuring effective vendor and litigation management on Complex claims within a personal allocation, including demonstrable savings
  • Delivering technical training to colleagues as appropriate
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for Property & Energy Complex claims, consistent with global best practice
  • Timely, accurate and customer-focused claim resolution, minimising indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate Diploma of General Insurance or equivalent, comprehensive experience in dealing with business pack, commercial property and/or energy claims, and strong interpersonal skills.
