This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the document solutions market.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and take on this exciting challenge. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting channel engagement with end users, focusing on selling print solutions and products into the South Australia market.
Growth opportunities exist, and this role will identify these opportunities and expand business. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets set by Regional Manager
- Establishing new business in targeted vertical markets
- Maintaining existing business through key account management
- Building relationships with channel partners, decision makers, end-users, and influencers
- Providing product demonstrations and sales concepts
- Keeping accurate records and reporting
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, proven track record of earning trust and loyalty, and experience building and maintaining strong business relationships. A minimum of 4 years of account management or business development experience is required. The right candidate will also have motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and a proven sales track record in IT or printing.
Additional requirements include good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services. The ability to manage customer expectations throughout the sales process and teamwork skills are also essential.
