Role Summary
Festival City Adelaide seeks a highly skilled and organised Business Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and business support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide professional and courteous service to all stakeholders, respond to enquiries, escalate and redirect issues as required, and transfer relevant information to the Chief Executive in a timely and accurate manner.
Business Operations: Assist the Chief Executive with communication, manage day-to-day diary, arrange appointments and meetings, administer CRM platforms, and maintain membership records.
Document Management: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations, and maintain up-to-date financial reports and project budgets.
Event Coordination: Prepare event briefs, liaise with event partners, and coordinate venues, catering, invitations, and other relevant tasks associated with event programs.
Communications: Provide support in the execution of outputs related to Festival City Adelaide communications, including eComms, social media, and website, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to the public and industry.
