About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner to lead strategic initiatives and embed a proactive culture across diverse operations. You will oversee regional programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.
- Develop and implement effective HSW strategies across NSW/ACT
- Manage risk management, incident reporting, and liaison with regulatory bodies
- Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
- Deliver training and capability-building across sites
You will have a degree in OHS or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in senior WHS roles. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management is essential, as well as proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Postgraduate qualification in OHS or related field
- 5+ years' experience in senior WHS roles
- Proven track record in leading investigations and driving improvement
