Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls, emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, including ordering supplies and managing daily/weekly tasks
  • Assist with car charging and post office runs as needed
  • Organize and clean the office desk area
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve office productivity
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new systems
